How do we do?

 

I/ Books return:

 

You can bring back your books to school from Monday May 18th. You'll have to drop your books to each campus' reception desk, from 8am to 6pm.

If you're away from Nantes, it's still ok to send them by post!

•  Médiacampus: 41 boulevard de la prairie au duc, 44200 Nantes

 

II/ Books loan:

•  We have settled a click and collect system: your books are 3-clicks-away! Here's how to proceed:

You can create book reservations on the Knowledge Hub portal:

Start by connecting with your id/password.

Search for your book(s).

Under the thumbnail, you can click on «Réserver» or «Place on hold». (see how to do it step by step here)

You'll be notified by email as soon as we have processed your requests!

• Please check our ebooks. If you don't find what you're looking for, you can send us an email so we'll see if we can buy the ebook.

 

III/ Researches

Remember we are available if you have any request. We carry on ensuring an online presence and are available from Monday to Friday on knowledge-hub@audencia.com (and answer superfast! :-))

If you need further researches, we can make an online apointment.
